Hubspot Meeting Integration

This guide assumes the following:

1. You have an active property in Anytrack.
2. The Anytrack tracking tag is on your landing page (the landing page can be on any CMS, not necessarily on Hubspot landing page).
3. You have created a schedule page in / meeting link in Hubspot
4. You have a Zapier account (or similar platform like Make).

Step #1: In Anytrack

1. Navigate to the property settings > Client Side Tracking > Cross Domain Tracking
2. Add meetings.hubspot.comas a cross domain and save.

Step #2: In Hubspot

1. Create a contact property atrefid

Step #3: In AnyTrack

1. Navigate to Create a custom integration
2. Fill the parameters with some dummy values (we'll fill these with zapier)
3. Copy the Postback / webhook

Step #4: In Zapier

1. Create a Zap
2. Trigger Select Hubspot > New Form Submission
3. Select the form.
4. Now Test the trigger.
   1. Open a new browser window, Go to your landing page
   2. Click on the meeting link https://meetings.hubspot.com/laurent22
   3. And Book your meeting

5. Now setup the webhook Action
6. Select Post
7. Paste the Anytrack webhook
8. Configure the webhook fields.

9. Click Continue and Test
10. Return to Anytrack to see the result

Now Any other event you want to track from Hubspot to anytrack you can use the same method and always pick the atrefid parameter passed to the Hubspot link.
