Overview

The HubSpot Meeting Integration is now natively integrated with AnyTrack, eliminating the need for third-party tools like Zapier. This integration allows you to automatically track form submissions, contact creation, meeting bookings, and deal progression directly through the AnyTrack app.

Setup Steps

  1. Install AnyTrack Tracking Tag
  • Copy the JavaScript tracking tag from the AnyTrack dashboard.
  • Add it to your HubSpot pages via Settings → Tools → Content → Pages (or via Google Tag Manager or your website).
  1. Connect HubSpot to AnyTrack
  • In the AnyTrack dashboard, go to the Integration Catalog, find HubSpot, and click “Install Integration.”
  • Authenticate your HubSpot account, review permissions, and complete the connection.
  1. Configure Form Tracking
  • AnyTrack creates a custom property in HubSpot called AnyTrack Client ID.
  • Add this as a hidden field in your HubSpot forms to link submissions to specific visitors.

Tracked Events

The integration automatically captures the following HubSpot activities:

  • Form submissions → FormSubmit
  • Contact creation → Lead
  • Meeting scheduling → Schedule
  • Lifecycle stage reaching “Customer” → CompleteRegistration
  • Lead and deal stage updates → Custom event names

Requirements & Limitations

  • Only native HubSpot forms are supported (embedded, popup, or HubSpot-created forms). Third-party form builders are not compatible.
  • The AnyTrack tracking tag must be present on the page for tracking to work.
  • Zapier is not required—the integration handles data transfer natively.
