Phonexa Integration

Connect Phonexa to AnyTrack with a postback URL. AnyTrack attributes each Phonexa lead and sold lead to the ad campaign that sent the visitor.

Phonexa is a lead distribution platform. The Phonexa integration sends each lead and each sold lead from Phonexa to AnyTrack through a postback URL. AnyTrack attributes each conversion to the ad click and traffic source of the visitor’s session on your website.

On the Starter plan and higher, AnyTrack also sends these conversions to your ad platforms through the Conversion API. On the Free plan, AnyTrack tracks the conversions and shows them in your reports. It does not send them to ad platforms.

The same integration works for networks that run on Phonexa, for example ZeroParallel.

clickid
  1. Session: A visitor lands on your website. The AnyTrack Tag records the traffic source and the UTM parameters. It also generates the Click ID of the session.
  2. Click ID handoff: The Click ID goes to Phonexa in the clickid parameter. On a Phonexa web form, the AnyTrack Tag adds the Click ID to the form. On an offer link, you add the Click ID token to the link.
  3. Postback: Phonexa calls the AnyTrack postback URL on the action that you select in Phonexa, for example lead sold.
  4. Attribution: AnyTrack reads the Click ID in the clickid parameter and attributes the conversion to the original session.

The value of each conversion is the price parameter, which Phonexa fills with the publisher earnings. The currency is USD, unless you add a currency parameter to the postback URL.

The Phonexa integration has no Conversion Mapping: the event names are fixed. To choose which events go to each ad platform, set the Event Mapping of your ad integration.

Step 1: Add Phonexa to Your AnyTrack Property

Section titled “Step 1: Add Phonexa to Your AnyTrack Property”
  1. Open the Integration Catalog in AnyTrack.
  2. Search for Phonexa.
  3. Click the Phonexa card.
  4. Click Install.
  5. Copy the postback URL that AnyTrack shows.
  1. In Phonexa, open your postback URL settings. The integration page in AnyTrack has a direct link.
  2. Open the tracking tab.
  3. Click Add URL.
  4. In the Select the Product menu, select the product.
  5. In the Fire on Action menu, select lead sold.
  6. In the lead Method menu, select Post.
  7. Paste the AnyTrack postback URL.
  8. If your payouts are not in USD, add the currency code to the end of the URL, for example &currency=GBP.
  9. Click Save.

The postback URL has this format. Use the URL from your AnyTrack account, not this example:

https://t1.anytrack.io/xxxxxxx/collect/phonexa?clickid={%clickid%}&leadId={%leadId%}&price={%publisherEarnings%}&status={%status%}&sourceName={%sourceName%}&publisherId={%publisherId%}&sourceId={%sourceId%}&timestamp={%unixtimeUTC%}

leadId{%leadId%}Uses it as the transaction ID.
price{%publisherEarnings%}Uses it as the conversion value.

  • Phonexa web form on your website: no action. The AnyTrack Tag adds the Click ID to the form.
  • Phonexa offer link: add clickid=--CLICK-ID-- to the link. The AnyTrack Tag replaces the token with the Click ID of the session.
<a href="https://example.foo/offer?clickid=--CLICK-ID--">Get a quote</a>
  • The AnyTrack Tag loads on the page that holds your Phonexa form or offer link.
  • Every Phonexa product that you track has the AnyTrack postback URL.
  • A test lead in Phonexa shows a Click ID in clickid, not the literal --CLICK-ID-- token.
  • The test conversion shows as valid in the Events Log of the Phonexa integration.

Open the Events Log of the Phonexa integration first. It shows each postback and the error for each failed match.

  • The Click ID is missing or unknown: the Click ID did not reach Phonexa. Verify that the offer link has the clickid=--CLICK-ID-- token, and that the link is a standard a element on a page with the AnyTrack Tag.
  • No postback arrives: verify that the postback URL is saved on every product in Phonexa.
  • The postback arrives but is not valid: compare the postback URL in Phonexa with the URL in AnyTrack. Copy the event reference from the Events Log and contact support.
  • On the Free plan: verify that the Property did not reach its monthly session limit.

FAQ was last reviewed on 2026-10-08

How do I track Phonexa conversions in AnyTrack?
Install the Phonexa integration from the Integration Catalog. Add the AnyTrack postback URL to each product in Phonexa. Pass the AnyTrack Click ID to Phonexa in the clickid parameter. AnyTrack then attributes each lead and sold lead to the ad click that started the session.
Can I connect a network that runs on Phonexa?
Yes. Install the Phonexa integration, or the integration of the network if the Integration Catalog lists it, for example ZeroParallel. The postback URL is the same.
Which parameter carries the Click ID?
Use clickid. AnyTrack also reads click_id in the postback.
Why are my Phonexa payouts in the wrong currency?
AnyTrack uses USD when the postback has no currency. Add the currency code to the end of the postback URL in Phonexa, for example &currency=GBP.
Can I track direct linking campaigns?
Yes, with a custom setup. See the direct linking guide.
Can I import past Phonexa conversions into AnyTrack?
No. AnyTrack tracks only the conversions that follow a visitor session on your website.
