How does the ClickBank AnyTrack integration work:
- Traffic: When visitors land on your website, AnyTrack collects traffic source data and First Party data.
- Engagements: When visitors click on your ClickBank affiliate links, AnyTrack does a few things:

Standard Conversion Event Mapping
Anytrack enables you to track all Event Types from Clickbank and map these events to either standard events or custom events.
For example, if you promote products that have recurring sales, you can map the initial sales to the standard Purchase
event, and map the REBILL
conversions to a custom Conversion name.

Setup Guide
Step #1: Add ClickBank to your AnyTrack Account
- Go to the Integration Catalog, search for ClickBank.
- Now click on the ClickBank cardand then Click on Install.
Step #2: Connect your ClickBank account
Step #3: Sales and Rebill Tracking
- Copy the Postback URL from your AnyTrack account.
- Access your Instant Notification settings (Vendor Settings >> My Site >> Advanced Tools >> Edit).
Vendor settings
While you are setting up your postback in a vendor setting page, do not worry as this is the same page Vendors and Affiliates set their Postback URL.
The parameters sent to affiliates are different than the parameters sent to Vendors.
- Add the key: ANYTRACK.
- Paste (ctrl+v) the Postback URL in the Instant Notification URL Field.
- Select Version 7.0.
- Click on Test IPN.
- Save (The IPN tracks the Sales, Upsells, and Rebills).
Step #4: Order Form tracking
- Follow this link to access your Integrated Sales Reporting settings (Vendor Settings >> My Site >> Integrated Sales Reporting >> Add Tracking Code).
- Select "Tracking Pixel" and click "Add".
- Paste (ctrl+v) the postback URL in the Tracking Pixel URL Field.
- Select Track As: "Affiliate".
- ⚠️ Select ONLY "Order Form".
- Save (The Tracking tag tracks the Order Form Impressions).
Step #5: Adjust the Conversion Event Mapping
The Event Mapping allows you to define which events to track and map them to Conversion Events you will forward to your Ads Integrations (ex: Facebook Conversion API)

ClickBank troubleshooting guidelines
Before reaching out to the customer success team, please verify:
- You have the anytrack tag on each page of your website.
- The AnyTrack postback / webhook has been added to the tracking pixels for the Affiliate and is ACTIVE.
- The AnyTrack postback / webhook has been added to the Instant Notification Settings, has been verified, and the Key is set as: ANYTRACK
- If you're on the free plan, verify that you didn't reach the monthly traffic limit and upgrade if needed.
- Check that your links are not hidden behind some javascripts or double redirects and that the
click_id
is being passed to thetid
parameter. - Check that the links are in a standard
a
element. - Try to manually set the tracking group attribute (check the integration guidelines).
- Check whether your offers are not getting traffic from websites where the AnyTrack Tag isn't set.
- If you just installed AnyTrack, errors might be from traffic that wasn't tracked by AnyTrack in the first place.
- Check that you didn't modify the tracking pixel parameters in ClickBank
- Check that the postback / pixels are active.

Conversion data doesn't trigger an error 🔴, but is not validated 🟢:
- Check that the Postback URL you've set in the integration matches the pre-defined Postback URL we provide.
- Copy the Event Reference from the Conversion Event Log and contact the support.

- Check that the Postback URL is set and active in your platform.
- Check that you're passing the correct AutoTag
