Unbounce

Track form submissions and leads from your Unbounce landing pages with AnyTrack. Set up webhook-based conversion tracking to attribute leads to your ad campaigns.

What the Unbounce Integration Does

The Unbounce integration enables automatic tracking of form submissions and leads from your Unbounce landing pages. When visitors complete forms on your Unbounce pages, the integration triggers Lead events and forwards them to connected ad platforms and analytics platforms using server-to-server connections.

This integration captures first-party data from Unbounce forms and sends it directly to Conversion APIs, bypassing browser-side tracking limitations and iOS 14.5 restrictions.

📘 Note

This integration automatically sends first-party data from your Unbounce forms to the Conversion APIs for improved ad targeting and audience enrichment.

Before you begin

  • Better ROAS: Enhanced targeting leads to improved ROAS

The Campaign Report shows which campaigns generate leads and their costs, allowing you to optimize your advertising strategy directly from your AnyTrack dashboard.

How to Set Up the Integration

Requirements

To install this integration, you need:

  • An AnyTrack account
  • An Unbounce account
  • No advanced technical skills required
  • Setup time: Less than 3 minutes

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Step 1: Install AnyTrack Tag on Unbounce

This step establishes the connection between your Unbounce pages and AnyTrack by adding the tracking code. The AnyTrack tag enables conversion tracking and visitor identification on your landing pages.

  1. Create a property in AnyTrack
  2. Copy the AnyTrack Tracking Tag code
  3. Open your landing page settings in Unbounce
  4. Add a new tag in the head section and save

Step 2: Configure Form Fields

This step adds hidden tracking fields to your forms so AnyTrack can capture visitor data and match conversions to the correct traffic sources. These fields remain invisible to visitors but provide essential tracking information.

  1. Edit your form and add a custom hidden field:
    • Name: click_id
    • Default value: --CLICK-ID--

Step 3: Install Integration

This step creates the integration connection in AnyTrack and generates the webhook URL needed to receive form submission data from Unbounce. The integration acts as the bridge between your forms and AnyTrack's tracking system.

  1. Return to AnyTrack and go to the Integration Catalog
  2. Search for the Unbounce integration and click "Install Integration"
  3. Set the integration name and save
  4. Copy the Webhook URL

Step 4: Configure Webhook

This final step connects your Unbounce forms to the AnyTrack integration using the webhook URL. Once configured, every form submission automatically sends lead data to AnyTrack for processing and forwarding to your connected ad platforms.

  1. Go to the Page Overview screen in Unbounce and click the Integrations tab
  2. Open the Webhooks sub-tab
  3. Click "Add a webhook"
  4. Paste the Webhook URL into "Choose a URL to POST form data to" field
  5. Click "Save Changes"

Forward Data to Ad Platforms and Analytics

Once you're capturing leads from Unbounce pages, connect your ad platforms and analytics platforms to receive real-time updates.

Step 1: Connect AnyTrack to Your Pixels

Establish server-side connections between AnyTrack and your advertising Tracking Tags.

⚠️ Warning

Prevent Duplicate Tracking Data: Once AnyTrack connects to your Tracking Tags using S2S (server-to-server), remove Tracking Tags and other tracking systems installed directly on your website to prevent duplicate data.

Step 2: Map Unbounce Events to Ad Events

Configure event mapping to match Unbounce events with the conversion events your ad platforms and analytics platforms expect.
