Learn how to connect IncomeAccess affiliate management with AnyTrack for conversion tracking and reporting. Connect each program with a Security Key (BetMGM Partners: postback URL) to track affiliate conversions and optimize your campaigns.

What is IncomeAccess?

IncomeAccess is a leading affiliate management platform that powers some of the largest gaming and sports betting affiliate programs. AnyTrack provides ready-to-use integrations for affiliate programs built on the IncomeAccess platform.

All IncomeAccess-based integrations except BetMGM Partners use the same tracking technology, making it easy to work with multiple programs once you understand how one works.

Why Use IncomeAccess Integrations?

Automated Conversion Tracking AnyTrack pulls conversion data from your IncomeAccess affiliate programs once a day, without manual reporting. BetMGM Partners sends its conversions by postback URL instead.

How IncomeAccess Integrations Work

All IncomeAccess-based integrations follow the same 4-step process:

  1. Visitor Arrives: AnyTrack collects traffic source data when someone lands on your website

  2. Link Click Tracked: When visitors click your affiliate links, AnyTrack:

    • Records detailed click data
    • Sends events to your Tracking Tags
    • Adds a unique identifier (click_id) to the link

  3. Conversion Recorded: When visitors convert on the merchant site, AnyTrack gets the conversion data from the IncomeAccess reporting API. AnyTrack pulls this data once a day. BetMGM Partners sends conversions by postback URL instead.

  4. Data Distributed: AnyTrack processes the conversion and sends it to your ad platforms for campaign optimization

Setup Overview

Setting up any IncomeAccess integration follows these steps:

1. Install the Integration

Find your specific program in the AnyTrack Integration Catalog, search for the program name, and click Install.

2. Connect Your Account

Section titled “2. Connect Your Account”

Most programs require generating a security key in your affiliate dashboard and adding it to AnyTrack. A few programs (like BetMGM Partners) require submitting postback URLs to your affiliate manager.

3. Map Events (BetMGM Partners Only)

The BetMGM Partners integration page has an event mapping section. Use it to choose the AnyTrack event for each postback event. The other IncomeAccess programs use a fixed event mapping, so skip this step for them.

4. Validate Setup

Use the AnyTrack Pixel Helper to verify link tracking, then check the Events Log to confirm conversions are flowing correctly.

Using Multiple IncomeAccess Programs

If you’re promoting multiple IncomeAccess-based affiliate programs, you’ll benefit from the shared technology:

What’s the Same:

  • ✅ All use the c or aid subid parameter: AutoTag uses c on /C.ashx links and aid on /wl/clk/ links (except BetMGM, which uses tdpeh)
  • ✅ All use incomeaccess tracking group for manual tagging (except BetMGM Partners, which uses betmgmpartners)
  • ✅ All use the same security key generation process (except BetMGM Partners, which uses postback URLs)
  • ✅ All use identical conversion payload structures (except BetMGM Partners)

What’s Different:

  • ⚠️ Each program requires a separate integration installation in AnyTrack
  • ⚠️ Each program has its own affiliate dashboard and security key (BetMGM Partners: postback URLs)
  • ⚠️ Only BetMGM Partners lets you change the event mapping. The other programs use a fixed event mapping

This means once you’ve set up one IncomeAccess program successfully, setting up additional programs is much faster.

Before setting up any IncomeAccess integration:

  • ✅ Install the AnyTrack tracking tag on your website
  • ✅ Have an active affiliate account with your chosen program
  • ✅ Have access to your affiliate dashboard to generate API keys (BetMGM Partners: submit postback URLs to your affiliate manager instead)
