  • Billing Section: The billing section provides an overview of your current billing cycle, usage, and upcoming charges. It’s your go-to place for understanding your financial commitments.
  • Current Period Usage: The Period usage shows your account usage, including billable sessions, properties and integrations.

  • Upgrading: To upgrade your subscription, simply select the new plan from the available options in your dashboard. When you upgrade, your payment will be prorated to reflect the new plan and your previous payment. All details will be clearly outlined on your invoice, ensuring transparency.
  • Downgrading: Downgrading your subscription is just as easy but may require some actions on your part. For instance, if you're moving from the Advanced Plan, which supports up to 10 properties, to the Personal Plan, you will need to delete 7 properties to comply with the new plan's limits. The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and no charges will be applied until then.
  • Invoices and billing details: Access your invoices and update your payment method, and billing details if needed.
  • Canceling: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will prevent further charges, but your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. However, if you're in a free trial, canceling will immediately suspend your account.
  • Free Trial: All plans come with a 14-day free trial. During this period, you can explore the platform without any charges. However, please note that canceling your free trial will immediately suspend your account.
  • Billing Notifications: You’ll receive notifications for every significant subscription event, such as the end of your free trial, upgrades, downgrades, payments, and renewals. These notifications are sent via email by Stripe and logged on our servers.
