If you are promoting affiliate offers, sometimes you want to send traffic directly to the offer links without going through your website.
Why Use Deeplinks?
Deeplinks solve a critical tracking challenge for affiliate marketers. Without them, you lose valuable conversion data when sending traffic directly to offers from email campaigns, social media, or other external sources. Key benefits include:
- Maintain tracking accuracy - Track conversions even when bypassing your website
- Improve user experience - Send users directly to relevant offers
- Optimize ROAS - Get complete attribution data for better campaign optimization
- Expand reach - Use any traffic source while maintaining tracking capabilities
Use Cases
Social Media Platforms
- Social Media Bio Links - Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn profiles where you can't add tracking tags
- YouTube Descriptions - Direct links in video descriptions
- Social media messages promoting affiliate offers
- Influencer campaigns across social media platforms
Messaging & Communication
- Email Signatures - Direct affiliate links in professional signatures
- WhatsApp/Telegram - Shared links in messaging apps
- Email campaigns sending traffic directly to affiliate offers
Offline & Print Materials
- QR Codes - Print materials linking to tracked affiliate offers
- PDF Documents - Clickable links in downloadable resources
Since AnyTrack can only track your links when the AnyTrack Tag loads on your website, you need to fire the AnyTrack Tag through a redirect.
Good to know: This feature is available from the personal plan and up.
What is a Deeplink?
A deeplink is a redirect URL that tracks user interactions before sending them to their final destination.
In the context of the World Wide Web, deep linking is the use of a hyperlink that links to a specific, generally searchable or indexed, piece of web content on a website rather than the website's home page. The URL contains all the information needed to point to a particular item.

Deeplinks let marketers programmatically redirect visitors to different pages without manually creating hard-coded links.
The anatomy of a deeplink
A deeplink consists of a base URL (your tracking domain) and a destination URL (where users end up).

Redirecting to unrecognized offer links
If your offer link isn't part of the AnyTrack integration catalog, manually append the subid parameter and the --CLICK-ID-- token to your link.
For example, if your partner's subid parameter is custom_id, add it like this:
https://anytrack.io?custom_id=--CLICK-ID--Good to know: Now you can embed the final URL in a short URL provider such as Bitly, Replug, or HubSpot
