FloForm is a WordPress form builder that makes it easy to create contact forms, surveys, and lead collection forms without coding. Integrating FloForm with AnyTrack allows you to track form submissions as conversions and attribute them to traffic sources.

  1. Edit the form you’d like to track
  2. Add a hidden field
  3. Set the label: click_id
  4. Default Value: —CLICK-ID—
  5. Save
