Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

What happens to your payment when you switch AnyTrack plans: no refunds, automatic proration, and a credit for the unused time on your current plan.

Change your AnyTrack plan at any time from your dashboard. AnyTrack does not refund a payment when you change plans. Instead, AnyTrack prorates your billing automatically: the unused time on your current plan becomes a credit toward the price of the new plan.

When you switch plans, you do not pay twice for the same period. Stripe calculates the unused time on your current plan and credits that amount toward the price of the new plan. Your invoice lists each proration line, so you can verify the amounts.

  1. Open Usage & Billing in your AnyTrack dashboard.
  2. Go to Manage Your Plan.
  3. Select the new plan.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Your payment is prorated to reflect the new plan, and all details appear on your invoice.

Your account must fit the limits of the lower plan before you downgrade. Each plan includes a set number of Properties. If your account has more Properties than the lower plan allows, delete Properties until the count matches the plan limit. See Compare Plans and Features for the limits of each plan.

There is no refund for the unused time on your current plan when you downgrade. AnyTrack prorates your billing automatically and credits the unused time toward the price of the new plan.

If your goal is to stop the subscription rather than change plans, see Cancel Your Subscription.

FAQ for Plan Changes

FAQ was last reviewed on 2026-08-03

Do I get a refund when I downgrade my plan?
No. AnyTrack does not refund payments when you change plans. Stripe prorates the unused time on your current plan and credits that amount toward the price of the new plan. See the Refund Policy.
Will I pay twice if I switch plans in the middle of a billing cycle?
No. Stripe prorates the charge. The unused time on your current plan is credited toward the new plan, and your invoice lists each proration line.
When does an upgrade take effect?
Immediately. Your payment is prorated to reflect the new plan.
Can I downgrade to any plan?
Your account must fit the lower plan's limits first. Each plan includes a set number of Properties, so delete Properties until the count matches the new plan's limit. See Compare Plans and Features.
Is a plan change the same as cancelling my subscription?
No. When you cancel, your service continues to the end of the current billing period and future charges stop. A plan change moves you to a different plan with prorated billing. See Cancel Your Subscription.
