Session Overage Fees

If your account exceeds the session limit included in your subscribed plan, AnyTrack continues to track sessions beyond that limit. Overage sessions are billed at the rate specified in your plan details. Overage billing is automatic for all paid plans and cannot be disabled.

How overage billing works

AnyTrack does not stop tracking when your account reaches its session cap. All sessions beyond your plan's included limit are recorded and billed as overage.

• Automatic charging: AnyTrack reserves the right to automatically charge the payment method on file when accumulated overage charges reach or exceed your subscription plan cost within a single billing cycle. No prior approval is required for each individual charge.
• Authorization: By maintaining an active subscription, you authorize AnyTrack to process overage charges as they accrue.
• Overage rate: Each plan specifies a per-1,000-session overage rate. This rate displays in your account's billing section and appears on your monthly invoice.

The Free plan does not include overage billing. Tracking stops when the Free plan session limit is reached. Upgrade to a paid plan for continued tracking beyond your limit.

Usage notifications and your responsibilities

AnyTrack sends a notification when your account approaches its session limit. It is your responsibility to monitor your usage and adjust your plan accordingly. Failure to respond to overage notifications does not waive AnyTrack's right to collect overage fees.

Manage your usage

Monitor your current session consumption in the billing section of your AnyTrack dashboard under Usage & Billing. If your account consistently exceeds its session limit, upgrade to a higher plan with a larger session allowance and a lower per-session overage rate.
