Multi-Platform Conversion Distribution

AnyTrack automatically distributes every tracked conversion to all your connected ad platforms in real-time. This means when you run a campaign on one platform (like Outbrain), all your other connected platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) simultaneously receive the same conversion data and build audiencesβ€”even if you're not actively running campaigns there yet.

How It Works

Setup Process

1. Connect Your Ad Platforms

In your AnyTrack account, connect the ad platforms you want to use:

  • Google Ads
  • Facebook Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Taboola
  • Outbrain

This is a one-time configuration in your AnyTrack dashboard.

2. Install the AnyTrack Pixel

Add the AnyTrack tracking tag to your landing pages or website.

3. Configure Conversion Events

Map the events you want to track:

  • Page views
  • Outbound clicks
  • Add to cart
  • Lead form submissions
  • Purchases

Real-Time Distribution

Real-Time Distribution

Once configured, every tracked event is simultaneously sent to all connected platforms:

  • Active campaign platform (e.g., Outbrain) - Receives data for immediate campaign optimization
  • All other connected platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok, Taboola) - Receive the same data for passive audience building

Example: If you're running an active campaign on Outbrain:

  • Outbrain receives conversion data and optimizes bids, creatives, and placements in real-time
  • Facebook Ads receives the same data and builds custom audiences automatically
  • Google Ads receives the same data and populates pixels with converter profiles
  • TikTok, Taboola, and other connected platforms also receive the data simultaneously

Three Key Benefits

1. Active Campaign Optimization

The platform where you're running active campaigns receives conversion data immediately for:

1. Active Campaign Optimization

The platform where you're running active campaigns receives conversion data immediately for:

  • Real-time bid adjustments based on conversion likelihood
  • Creative and placement testing
  • Scaling winning variations
  • Pausing underperforming elements

2. Cross-Platform Audience Building

All connected platforms (even those without active campaigns) automatically:

  • Build custom audiences segmented by user behavior
  • Create retargeting pools of engaged visitors
  • Populate pixels with converter profiles
  • Generate seeds for lookalike audiences

3. Automated Behavioral Segmentation

Each platform creates layered audience segments:

  • Viewers - Users who landed on your page
  • Engaged Users - Visitors who clicked links or engaged with content
  • Lead-Quality Users - People who submitted forms or added items to cart
  • Converters - Actual buyers or qualified leads

Use Case Example

Use Case Example

Scenario: Outbrain Campaign with Multi-Platform Distribution

Week 1: Active Outbrain Campaign

You launch a campaign on Outbrain with the following results:

  • Daily budget: $500
  • Daily traffic: 5,000 visitors
  • Daily conversions: 100 purchases
  • Daily revenue: $10,000

While Outbrain optimizes your active campaign, AnyTrack simultaneously distributes all conversion data to your other connected platforms:

Facebook Ads (passive):

  • 5,000 page viewers tracked
  • 100 purchasers added to custom audiences
  • Behavioral segments automatically created

Google Ads (passive):

  • 5,000 site visitors added to remarketing lists
  • 100 converters added to high-value audiences
  • Data available for similar audiences

TikTok Ads (passive):

  • 5,000 user profiles tracked
  • 100 high-value conversion events logged
  • Lookalike audience seeds created

Week 2: Launch Facebook Campaign

When you launch your Facebook campaign after 7 days of Outbrain activity, your Facebook account contains:

  • Pre-loaded pixel data - 35,000 page viewers and 700 converters from Outbrain traffic
  • Warm audiences - Multiple behavioral segments ready for targeting
  • Lookalike seeds - 700 proven buyers for audience modeling
  • Reduced learning phase - Facebook's algorithm already trained on real converter data

Result: Your Facebook campaign launches with performance characteristics typically seen after weeks of optimization, not Day 1.

Technical Implementation

Technical Implementation

Architecture

AnyTrack's multi-platform distribution uses the following technical approach:

Single Pixel, Multiple Destinations

  • AnyTrack pixel fires once per event
  • Server-side processing distributes to multiple platform endpoints simultaneously
  • No performance impact from multiple pixel fires

Platform-Specific Formatting

  • Each platform receives data in its native format
  • Facebook: Conversions API (CAPI)
  • Google: Enhanced Conversions
  • TikTok: Events API
  • Other platforms: Native conversion APIs

Server-Side Processing

  • Events processed server-side for reliable delivery
  • Bypasses browser restrictions and ad blockers
  • Ensures data reaches platforms even with strict privacy settings

Privacy Compliance

  • All data handling respects GDPR, CCPA, and platform privacy requirements
  • User consent management integrated
  • Data minimization principles applied

Event Flow

  1. User action occurs on your website (page view, click, purchase, etc.)
  2. AnyTrack pixel captures the event
  3. Event sent to AnyTrack servers
  4. AnyTrack processes and formats the event for each connected platform
  5. Simultaneous distribution to all platform APIs
  6. Platforms receive and process the conversion data
  7. Audiences and conversion tracking updated in real-time

Common Questions

Does this affect page load speed?

No. AnyTrack uses a single pixel that loads asynchronously. The multi-platform distribution happens server-side, so there's no additional load on the user's browser.

What if I'm not ready to run campaigns on all platforms?

That's the advantage. You can connect platforms passively to build audiences, then launch campaigns when you're ready. The audiences will already be populated with relevant data.

Can I control which platforms receive which events?

Yes. In your AnyTrack dashboard, you can configure event mapping for each platform. You might send all events to some platforms and only high-value conversions to others.

How quickly does data reach each platform?

Distribution happens in real-time. Most platforms receive and process the data within seconds of the original event.

What happens if one platform's API is down?

AnyTrack has retry logic built in. If a platform's API is temporarily unavailable, the system will retry delivery automatically. Other platforms are unaffected.
