What do I do if my offer link is not recognized?
If your offer link is not part of the AnyTrack integration catalog, manually append the subid parameter and the --CLICK-ID-- token to your link.

Example: If your partner's subid parameter is custom_id, add it like this:

https://anytrack.io?custom_id=--CLICK-ID--
Can I use short URL services with deeplinks?
Yes. You can embed the final deeplink URL in a short URL provider such as Bitly, Replug, or HubSpot. The AnyTrack-provided short URL also lets you configure Open Graph tags for social media previews.
Can I use deeplinks to advertise on Google Ads or Facebook Ads?
Ad platforms typically reject redirect URLs during review. Deeplinks work best with email and social media channels that allow custom URLs.
Can I use deeplinks in email campaigns?
Yes. Email campaigns are an ideal use case for deeplink tracking.
What should I do if my deeplink does not work?
Verify your property is active and your account is not limited. Check that the destination URL is properly formatted. Confirm your custom domain points to the correct DNS records.

Deeplinks do not rely on cookies to redirect visitors. However, ad blockers may prevent the Tracking Tag from loading and block the redirect.
